Privacy statement

The Leadership Group works with confidential information: about participants, about clients, and about the organisations they work for. Below is what we record, why we record it, and what say you have in it.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics software. No data about your visit is collected and nothing is sent to third parties. The typefaces are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not connect to another company for those either.

There is no contact form on this site. Anyone who gets in touch does so by telephone or by email.

What we record

From clients and participants we record what we need in order to do our work: name, role, address, telephone number and email address, and the details needed for invoicing.

For a training, coaching programme or assessment we add what comes out of the programme itself: the results of licensed assessments, recordings made during a training, and what you tell us in confidence.

If it matters for your wellbeing during a programme, an allergy for instance, we record that too.

What we use it for

To prepare and deliver the training, coaching or advice you ask us for. To answer your questions. To invoice and keep our records. And to improve our own work.

We only send you information about what we offer if you ask us to.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for commercial purposes.

We share nothing about the content of a training or coaching session with your employer or client, unless you give us permission. What happens in the room stays in the room.

Who sees your data

Within The Leadership Group, only the people who need it for their work. They are bound to confidentiality by contract.

When we work with a specialist from our group on an assignment, the same confidentiality applies to them, laid down in an agreement.

Beyond that we only pass on data when there is no alternative: your name to the venue where a programme takes place, or data to an authority when the law requires it.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Your data is stored within the European Union and protected against unauthorised access, loss and theft.

We keep it for sixty months after the assignment ends, or longer where the law requires. After that we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so straight away.

Your rights

You may always see what data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it deleted, or receive it in a readable file. You may also object to the processing.

Send a request or a question to info@theleadershipgroup.nl, or call +31 23 541 17 08. You will hear from us within a week.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Changes

We update this statement whenever our work or the regulations call for it. The current version is always on this page, with the date below it.

Last updated on 17 September 2026.
